Isaiah 6:1 - "In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the LORD sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and His train filled the temple."

Isaiah would have never amounted to much without this personal encounter with God; and yet it seems it took the king’s death for him to do so. I wonder – what will it take in your life for you to encounter God? How you need to get a clear picture of God, looking beyond other people and realizing you must give an account to Him. You also need to get a clear picture of yourself – a sinner in need of a Saviour. And lastly, you need to get a clear picture of the Cross, where Jesus died for your sins. Then you can encounter God in a life-changing way that will give you a home in Heaven.
