Numbers 23:19 - "God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: hath He said, and shall He not do it? Or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good?"

Introduction

There are three lessons this text teaches us.  God cannot and will not lie.  God will not and does not lead in confusion, and God always makes good on His promises – if God said it, He will do it!

Message: God did not lie when He said, “I will save thee!”  He did not lie when He said, “I will strengthen thee.”  He did not lie when He said, “I will chasten thee.”  And God did not lie when He said, “I will judge sinners!”  God meant exactly what He said; therefore, we ought heed His call for salvation and live our lives for His glory.
