Introduction

Amos had a God-sized picture of current events.  You see, his people had a vision for pleasure and wealth, but very little interest in God and His righteousness.  Amos warned them to repent and avoid God’s wrath.

Message: I think about America.  We have pursued entertainment while shunning eternity.  We have emphasized gain while ignoring faith.  We have amassed wealth, but forgotten to acquire heavenly treasure.  We have prepared our children for careers, but failed to prepare them for eternity.  America, we need to turn back to God!  I trust that you will seek God and His best for your family?
