Introduction

Two of the fastest men the world has ever known emerged at the Beijing Olympics – Michael Phelps and Usain Bolt.  Not only did they have their personal best performances, but they also led their teammates to victory.  Partnership with Phelps and Bolt brought the other men to a higher level.
