Have you noticed just how fleeting earthly possessions really are? Jesus said, “Lay up for yourselves treasures in Heaven.”

We are reminded daily of the shifting sands of earthly investments. Think of the volatility of stocks, the depreciation of assets, the threat of theft and corruption – things of this life do not last. But think with me of the secure future of heavenly investing. Every deed for Jesus, every soul saved, every effort put into building His church – every investment will pay eternal dividends. So I ask, “How much heavenly treasure do you have waiting for you in Heaven?”
